How Refunds Work

  2. Return Your Items: Ship items back using the instructions provided. Please keep your return tracking number.

  3. Receive Your Refund: We will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.

Note: For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks must be returned with original, unopened packaging.

Special Circumstances

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a free replacement or issue a refund without requiring the return of the item.

  • Exchanges: We offer size or color exchanges, subject to product availability.

Important Information

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

  • For international orders, we refund the item cost only. The original free shipping and any import duties are non-refundable.
